After Dark

The Landscapes and architecture of Key West are captured like never before in stunning timelapse motion. Over the course of four years, we've painstakingly documented America's Southernmost City and The Lower Florida Keys in this multi-part series, which is a love letter to Key West, a snap-shot of today and a permanent record for tomorrow. Dedicated In Memory Of Cheryl and Crystal Cates: www.cherylcates.org Key West is a fun place to visit, especially at night. It's like a colorful party where everyone is having a good time. We went there and had a lot of fun exploring the city and enjoying the nightlife. We started our night at WillieT's and Backyard Bar, a great place to listen to music and eat good food. Then, we went to Durty Harry's, a pirate-themed bar, where we danced and drank rum. We also visited Sloppy Joe's, a famous bar where Ernest Hemingway used to go. It was crowded with people, and we felt like we were part of history. Our exploration of the city's historic landmarks, like Old City Hall and Walgreens, at The Strand Theater, was a thrilling adventure. We listened to music at The Bull & Whistle Bar and Fogarty's and danced at Fat Tuesday, adding a touch of excitement to our night. The best part of our night was walking down Duval Street, which is full of bars, clubs, and live music. We had dinner at Pirate's Cove and went on a sunset sail. If you want a quieter evening, visit Bahama Village, a historic neighborhood with colorful houses. We also had a late-night snack and climbed to the top of the Key West Light House for a great view of the city. Our night in Key West was amazing. We had a lot of fun and met friendly people.
